Simone Fogo has more than 25 years of experience in the tech world, ranging from entrepreneurship to private companies to agency approaches.

He prefers unconventional approaches and seemingly impossible challenges, because this is the only way to get out of the technological comfort zone.His passion has always been the fusion of art, science, technology, design and human interaction. Currently, he serves as Head of Lab at AQuest, WPP Group's lead agency for technology innovation.

With the R&D Lead and Creative Director, he leads a talented team of, developers, designers and creative professionals. His job is to oversee the strategic planning and execution of innovative projects, ensuring they align with client goals and brand guidelines, creating award-winning experiences for prestigious brands such as BVLGARI, GUCCI, Nike, Burberry, Lamborghini and many others.

Michele Zorzetto is Creative Director of the Lab unit in AQuest, WPP Group's flagship agency for technological innovation.

His career began in the world of communication 11 years ago, allowing him to touch on different areas of communication including strategy, data analysis and creativity, and it is thanks to these transversal skills combined with passions for photography and art that today he leads a creative team at AQuest deputed to research and development and experimentation in non-traditional media.

From the creation of interactive physical installations to the use of artificial intelligence on digital projects, he continues to experiment on creative projects by interpreting misguided paths as possible non-paths that lead to innovation. He is a big fan of Master Yoda's phrase, “To do or not to do, there is no try."

And then it happens that you have to stop and launch a format. Not by choice, but by necessity: the methods, the certainties, the structures… everything to be questioned.
The truth is that the crisis creates opportunities. The truth is that, if you are lucky, you can try again, make more mistakes and make better mistakes, until you reach the goal. The mistake was identified before the failure and used as a lever to redesign the method and redefine the priorities, starting from the only thing that you cannot delegate to a handful of 0s and 1s.


Our new manifesto starts from here: deconstructing individuality. Because the sum of the value of individuals is the only way to escape the stereotype of the traditional agency destined to die.
